What are my needs?

Maslow's Hierarch of Needs is a useful model for reflecting on what our needs are. From our very basic need for food, water and shelter, to our more complex needs for love and belonging, self-expression and self-actualisation, we all have them. Sometimes we may not have a clear view of our own needs, or we may prioritise the needs of others above our own . We may even have learned to ignore our own needs and this can lead to internal conflict and distress. You can start to tackle this by identifying what your needs are by downloading our free Hierarchy of Needs exercise. Download here.
