Service Description

***New / Prospective Clients: please book your free, initial consultation before booking this service. Individual, 1-2-1 person-centred talking therapy or coaching sessions with a qualified counsellor on a day / time that suits your needs for up to 12 weeks depending upon need and availability. Given the right conditions and support, we all have the inner resolve to find our own solutions to our difficulties; sometimes we just need a bit of help to see our way through. We can support you by offering caring, respectful and non-judgemental space where you can talk through your difficulties without judgement. In this way, you can work through your problems, come to terms with how you feel and work out what you want to change in your own way.
