A no obligation, initial consultation (online or telephone only) for you to meet your counsellor/coach, where you can outline the issues and what you need help with, get an idea of how I work and ask any questions you may have about me or our services. At then end, if you wish to proceed and if I feel I can help you, then we will agree next steps and you can book your next session.
