Covid-19 is creating a lot of stress and anxiety, but it's also generating an increase in people sharing mental health self-help resources and tools across the mental health networks. Here are some that I've come across this week.
The Blurt Foundation is a good resource for mental health support.
Get Self Help has some good self-help tools and resources

The NHS has published this self-help guide for managing anxiety
